Russian ring? 76 zlotnik? Signet ring?

Hi everyone. Fairly new to this forum. I recently got this at a hoarders estate. I'm trying to figure out it's age and how to identify if this is Russian? What animal is this? On its head it has the cyrillic letter for F. What period would you date this from these marks? How do I read these marks? In my research all I have found is Russia used zlotniks at one point from 72-84 zlotniks. Found the thread of people saying 76 isn't a real hallmark. So I don't know. I did acid test it. Bright red for fine silver. I did polish this. It was badly tarnished and although it's a sizable shank, it doesn't really open up.. thank you for your time and help.
