I'm going to try again using the hotline image from Postimages. Any help with this? I've inherited some pieces of silver from my late mother-in-law and I assume this is also silverplate.

This is by Levesley Brothers of Sheffield. See here for a little more about them. The "EP" mark and "A" quality mark confirm that it is electroplated.
