Cant make out hallmarks

The plate has a coat of arms from Amsterdam on the front of the plate and 3 hallmarks on the back trying to locate any info on them.

Hi, welcome to the forum. Please show image of whole object and image of the coat of arms. The mark with the number 13 perhaps points to Germany, the silver fineness in Lot. The marks to me appear not to be Dutch (pseudo) marks. For Dutch marks see: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=32028
