Photoshy - Unidentified mark on hammered dish: T.R.P. 0.900
Anyone know where the mark T.R.P. 0.900 comes from? Not sure if it is a silver or silver plate piece, it appears to be hand hammered. Thanks!

I own a .900 silver water pitcher with the hallmark "TRP BOGOTA" inside an armorial shield. This would imply the item was produced by a silver taller in Bogota, Colombia, but I have not been able to locate using the standard means. This item was originally gifted to my mother in 1954 when we resided in Cucuta, Colombia.

Thanks for useful information. I have a small octagonal dish with mark T.R.P 0.900 in shield with crown above. It has hammered look but in fact dish has been fashioned by turning and hammer marks added later using a small diameter hammer (just for appearances). Edge is decorated with applied laurel leaf strip. All in all it has a mass-produced touristy feel to it.

I have several pieces with this same marking of T.R.P in the top part of the sheild with 0.900 underneath and a crown on th top. Does anyone know where these came from?
