A small tray with trompe l'oeil berries and cloth

Hello everyone! I am very curious about this piece. Couldn't find any hallmarks, but checked at the jeweler's, it is silver. There are two strange markings that don't go with the pattern (please see the pictures - 3 of the same one, the last picture of the second one), but I don't think they are hallmarks. How old and where from can it be? 11 cm x 7 cm, pretty light. Thank you in advance!

The mark which has been repeated three times looks like a tughra. Your tray may be Ottoman Turkish
