How do I find out who made the Silent Butler that I have.

This Silent Butler is Silver with a brown wooden handle on the top it has what looks like a Dragon and on the bottom it has the number68 with three letter up above the 68, I think they are SFG with the F being just slitly above the S and G. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it. It is hard to get pictures of it since it is Silver and the markings are worn a little.

Even a bad picture would be better than no picture at all. And it would be worth a thousand words of trying to explain the letters.
