Identification Sought on Spoons

Hello all,

I wonder if anyone can assist with the origin and the maker is possible on this set of spoons, my guess would be Hanau but I am not at all familiar with the mark on the bowl.

Hello, wonder whether this is not simply a gothic 13. Regards, Bahner

It could indeed be the case, quite possibly meaning 13 Loth which in turn may suggest German/Hanau
