Need Help Identifyiing Mark

I believe the hook on the upper right is 1899 but I have not found any information on the other mark.
Has anyone ever seen this mark before? Thank you.

Hi,
What`s shown here are engraved initials of the owner.
Search for real marks elsewhere.
