Poor attempt to imitate workmaster Henrik Wikström for Faberge.
It`s faked.

I think genuine marks are removed (filed off) and fake marks applied.
In spite of flaws not expected by Henrik Wikström, cuff links are rather well made, so it was easier just to punch more lucrative marks than to make entirely new pieces like these.

I share AG2012's opinion, but for the records, the famous Faberge master's name was WIGSTRÖM. Anyway, the file scratches are clearly visible.
