I recently acquired a couple of Williams & Victor spoons. Information on this maker was a little hard to come by, but I was able to find some information indicating that they were active in Lynchburg, VA, from 1813 to 1845, as silversmiths and watch and clock makers. Would the forum be able to help confirm that these are indeed coin silver? Thank you in advance!
I found the information on Williams & Victor on sterlingflatwarefashions.com; below is a screenshot. The marks on the spoons match the third mark.
Here're the images of the spoons and mark:

I would not take your spoons to be anything other than coin silver.

Great, thank you! I got these from a local historical society, so it sounds like they knew their stuff :-)silverly wrote:I would not take your spoons to be anything other than coin silver.
