Are these Italian marks legit?

I'm having trouble deciding on these unclear marks, which appear to be Italian. The cartouche has the typical shape of the Italian national mark, but I could not make out the province or maker. I also see these (previous) acid test marks. Does the forum say yay or nay?

The manufacturer's mark is illegible, but this happens sometimes.
I would say 80% probability that it is genuine, 20% not.
Why don't you take the acid test yourself?

Thank you! Based on this, I have decided to pass on this item - 20% is probably too risky for me.
