I think it's probably impossible to identify the family without additional information like initials or provenance. Boar's head was a rather common crest and one can't see the color in the engraving so it makes things even more complicated. I'm not sure but the wreath around the boar's head could be part of the crest which would narrow the search but it might just be a decorative element. You can check Fairbairn's book of crests for different types of boar's head crests and then the index part (second link) for the families which used them but as you can see several families used similar crests.
