I am looking for production date of pocket watch Quartier Girard Brenets

some look on inside


and probably production data...



if you can help with assessing what those ''PJ&C'' means would be great also.
I understand that 0,875 it is silver probe, but what it is ''84''?
Also long number 251... and 6 below what may this means?

84 is the russian number for purity. 84 Zolotniki = 875/1000 silver. PB&Co might be the case maker.
