Does anyone know this master mark?

Your ladle is from Strasbourg, 1819-1838, as seen by the standard mark for 800 silver, and the guarantee mark with number 65.

We’ve seen this maker OB three times before, on a spoon, a cruet stand and a beaker, with no attribution.
