Antique bracelet

Hi, I am trying to identify the above vintage bracelet. Can someone please tell me who the maker is?

I *think* this is Italian, from Verona. But, the person who had it (my wife's grandmother), was German, and move to NY.

The shape of the marks seems to mimic that of Italian marks, but they are visibly not genuine, too naive.
Even the workmanship would seem too current for a gold artifact
First of all a careful examination by an expert who certifies the fineness is needed and a photo of the item that can show us the workmanship.

Hi,
4VR belongs to Bruno Castellarin of Verona, registered 1935, closed before 1971. The mark is 1945-1968.
One of the mark is particularly supicious (on the right); looks obliterated on purpose and on top there is something that might be an Arabic letter (wavy line and dot).In close ups every flaw is easily seen; meaning it is not that bad as it looks enlarged.
It is tank bracelet, made of many hollow links connected with gold wire introduced through every link and soldered. Links are easily worn over time.
Have it tested as suggested. After all, it has a reliable provenance within family, but one can never tell for sure.

I must change my mind.
The bracelet is by Ferdinando Trainotti, and the strange mark on the right represents the arena of Verona.

Why he used the 750 in a lozenge out of the established rule I can't explain

Everythng is clear now; maker`s mark is really famous Verona arena, which was not seen in original post.
I have seen many gold items made in Italy with the variety of fineness numbers incorporated into all sorts of cartouches (frames).
No need to vaste time testing it; it`s genuine mid 29th century 18K Italian gold.
