This item has contribution stamps of the beginning of the 19th century.
Why were the city hallmarks (Lemberg) of 1855 placed after the contribution hallmarks?
When was this item made?

I think, in 1855 was a repair in your item.
But the style is the middle or 2. part of 18. century.
