London 18th century Marrow Spoon

Having some difficulty making out the date latter on this spoon. It has the Britannia mark along with the lion head erased. Any assistance with the makers mark would also be greatly appreciated.

Could be IO for Lawrence Jones and around the first decade of the 18th century. The date letter is rather distorted but it might be M for 1707.

Sasropakis seems to have got the answer. I will go further and say that it is definitely the mark of Lawrence Jones with the date letter M for 1707.
