Dragonfly mark on gold watch

Can someone tell me more about these marks? It’s a gold watch that belonged to a Russian princess. Could be French or Russian ?

The mark at the right could be the French Eagle Head for gold 750/1000 (18K), within a closely contoured frame to indicate assay by touchstone only, for limited or restricted warranty mark.
