Vintage crystal and silver cocktail shaker with unknown marks

Hello, I hope you are fine. I recently bought an old crystal and 925 silver cocktail shaker at a silverware auction. This article has marks that I am not aware of and I cannot find anything similar in the index of this site. The "925" is visible along with a deer head and initials that appear to be "L&s". I would say the item was made in Europe during the first half of the 20th century, but I'm not sure of its origin or maker. Can someone tell me something about these marks?
