French tongs, unrecognized maker

Hi,

Lately, I have got French tongs (gilt as seen below).



Marks indicate that it is of the French origin (Minerva 800/1000).


However, I was not able to identify the maker (CB initials and in between two crescents/croissantes and something like crown/cup in the middle). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
