can someone help me to identify this pair of spoons.
These spoons only have 84 and a st petersburg marks.

Fake marks, fake spoons. Lacking maker`s marks,too; one more red flag.

Maybe it is time to AGAIN repeat some basics regarding an imperial Russian object made in silver or gold.
It must carry the following marks:
  • Maker's mark
  • Fineness mark
  • Town mark
  • Assayer's mark, usually initials in either Cyrillic or Latin letters
  • Year mark when assayed
The official punches are not necessarily all separate. Combined punches are also used but contain the same mentioned info.
Moreover, every (soldered) detachable part must also carry marks. If an object carries only fineness, town and assayer's mark, it is imported goods. However, it might carry a (Russian company) logo but is still imported! One should always separate logos from official marks!
In every other case it is a suspicious object Lacking maker's mark is always a RED FLAG
