Plz Help: Left facing Lion Mark on fruit plate - perhaps italian

Dear forum members,
after searching without luck in the silverplate marks section I post the images in the forum.
The fruit plate was probably made in Italy, perhaps in Milan, but I can't find the silversmith. There is no numerical sign, only the lion mark and the 800 mark on the bottom of the plate.

Welcome to the forum. The 800 mark you mention for me would be enough to expect your plate to be solid silver. An image of that mark could be useful to others. Maybe someone will recognize the lion's head which I expect is a trademark. Good luck with your research.
