Sifting Spoon

Hi Guys
I wonder if anyone has any idea what this is. No hallmarks but came in with a load of hallmarked silver. No idea of age; looks like it may have been made of of different items. Cant find anything similar.
Appreciate any suggestions. Whitish bead on end. Looks like a dark brown wooden handle. Not magnetic. The sifter is punched through with little holes

Hi Guys, found two very small markings when cleaning, just under the end where the wooden handles fits to the silver-work. Looks like a crown and a 13, - possibly - sorry they are small
