Help identifying 13" Perforated Spoon

Hi and thanks for letting me join the forum!
I have this 13" long spoon and I would like to find mere information about it. There are four stamps on the back of it, G, a symbol, 4 and another symbol.

Anyone recognize them? I looked through the marks listed under American silver, but did not see anything similar.
