Please help identify “Soviet”

Was told this was a Russian soviet piece however I’m finding no sickle or star

I’m unsure if the seller fibbed I did however test the turquoise and it is genuine as is the silver


I think the в is 1937 but I’m unsure of that too I was lurking this website and it seems alot of folks know about these

Also don’t know if this helps it actually came out of Ukraine it was advertised as soviet the stones are real and it’s genuine silver


Just don’t recognize this hallmark at all
