.9ЛЮ stands for Leningrad Jewelry and Watch Factory

Dot9 in front of ЛЮ is year code for 1989.
Star mark with sickle and hammer is state assay mark with leter L on the left for Leningrad assay office and 583 for 14 K gold.
ЧАЙКА``Gull`` watches were produced in Uglich (founded 1943), assayed in Moscow Монетный двор (Moscow mint) in 1981 (.1МДМ).
I suppose the watch and its bracelet were made and assayed in different places and years (1981 and 1988).
