Trying to figure out where this spoon was made and it's approximate age. Any info appreciated.

Hi,

It could be the town mark of the Dutch city of Roermond, in the province of Limburg, the Burgundy Lily or fleur-de-lys(French lily)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roermond.
Your spoon, double-drop, unclear maker's mark

The silver guild of Roermond used lot standard minimum 13 lot (812/000), maker's mark and the town mark (lily) only. No year letters were used. Below 13 lot, maker's mark only, without town mark.
