help identifying a piece with Chester import mark SHS letter

I acquired this nice piece at auction and have only been able to identify the Chester import mark. Please help with additional info. There is also a 6 point star above the chester mark. The letter S is to the right and left of the star and H is above. I have pictures but do not know how to post
