Unusual mark; crescent moon and star above a shield surrounded by a wreath

I've got this silver bangle which has an unusual mark on the inside, and despite trying as hard as I can to identify it, I'm not getting anywhere. I wondered if anyone recognised this mark or would be able to supply some information regarding it? I would really appreciate it, thank you!
