In case nobody recognizes it right away, Wikipedia has a list of all 87 cathedrals in Spain, with thumbnail pictures, and the coat of arms of the cathedral. My guess would be somewhere in Castile because of the 2 towers in the coat of arms.

Thank you very much for the information. I’m away from home right now and not in a position to get a better close up. However the image of the mark that I’ve posted looks like it has script on the left hand side. It is great to know this much about the spoon.
