Italian goldsmith mark with a ladder

Good evening, I would like to know if it is known the Italian goldsmith mark of this gold, lapislazzuli and diamonds necklace. I think it's of the end of the sixties of the last century.
The mark is: PD with a ladder in the middle, the gold mark 750 (18kt) and 25 VR, indicating the goldsmith mark that is from Verona, Italy.
