Lion facing right and Anchor mark with a B inside

Hello!

I have a large cup with markings I thought were English. But the lion is facing the wrong way. And the standard anchor for Birmingham has a letter B inside of it. Is anyone familiar with these markings? I have not found anything quite like this. The other three markings I can't quite identify
