Special Fork with face on the backside

I never saw a fork like this one with a face on the back of the fork. I thought it could be an old one. But I am not sure. Can somebody help me out?

Hi, ornamental fork, finial William & Mary (?). I believe it to be pseudo marks perhaps Dutch or German (Hanau style). The lion rampant facing right, pseudo standard mark, crowned G pseudo year letter. For German pseudo marks see; https://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_hanau_marks_01.html
