Dutch Sugar Tongs, but who is the maker?

Nice Sugar Tong from 1839, but I cannot find any hallmark that correspondents with the makers hallmark.
Again I need some help...

Maker's mark V above BG above a bell in square for widow Bernardus Gillis, registered in 's-Hertogenbosch, 1833-1859. This particular mark was used by the widow, after Bernardus death in 1833, only for one year till 1834. Bernardus Gillis used a maker's mark BG above a bell in square, 1821-1833.
