Neither, it is Norway Aksel Holmsen from Sandefjord. He was born 1873 and died 1962. The company was founded by Aksel Holmsen in 1932 in Sandefjord. The company is well known for it's modernist esthetic. Much of their work is gold plated silver with enameled guilloche and basse-taille designs.
