Mexico Silver Angel Pin

Going through my mother's jewelry collection and trying to identify the maker on this pin. I can read the STERLING925 HECHO(?)MEXICO but the other lettering and faint stamp are beyond my scope. Any help appreciated!

It appears that the faint Eagle stamp has a "1" inside, which would mean from a maker in Mexico City. The Eagle stamp was used from 1948 to 1979.
