The second letter is rather unclear as well as the town letter left in the right looking kokoshnik. Anyway, I believe that that the maker's mark could be cyrillic M.P., latin MR. If so, the maker would be Mitrofan Nikolayevich Ryndin 1886(94)-1916 in Moscow. He made among other things church utensils e.g. candlesticks. His working period matches the kokoshnik. What the mark far right (the animal) represents is unfortunately unclear to me. Probably a logo, but ???

NIce doing Ubaranda. This means that the unclear letter left in the kokshnik must bee Greek iota (ί).
