Re: silver forks
Hi and welcome to the forum.
I don't know what happened to your image but I suspect you are trying to link to a picture on your own device. You must upload your picture to a photo hosting site and link to that. https://postimages.org is recommended as an image host (after uploading your picture/s click 'Share', then copy and paste the 'Hotlink for forums' code to embed your images). Do not use Photobucket or Dropbox.

Re: silver forks
hello again, I can't insert a photo, it's a bit complicated, I will try to do it in a short time, I will try to describe the hallmark in words:
IZ (A ship symbol K) (A ship symbol K) IZ
IZ (A ship symbol K) (A ship symbol K) IZ
Re: silver forks
Hi there,
Your forks are from Corfu!
There is still research being done, so not much around, but they were made in Corfu during the British occupation (1815-1864).
Is there any crest or engravings?
Great forks!

Re: silver forks
Thanks for the information, I spent hours searching on the Internet. The forks are smooth without engraving. Do you have a reliable source?
Re: silver forks
Not formally published that I know of. Knowledge through some dealers and some info on social media. So maybe should have said attributed to Corfu. :/
