W. C. Agans, formerly representative for the Oneida Community, Ltd., in Los Angeles has just moved to San Francisco to take over the work for the Community in northern California that was formerly taken care of by Raymond Reeves. Mr. Reeves is taking over the Los Angeles representation. Ivan L. Smith, Coast manager for the Community states that Mr. Agans is now traveling in northern California.

Ivan L. Smith, coast manager for the Oneida Community, Ltd., has returned from Los Angeles where they are putting on a very successful silverware school for salespeople. Mrs. Raymond Reeve is the instructor and Ivan L. Smith acted as host.
A road show is being conducted by Ivan L. Smith, Coast manager for Oneida Community, Ltd. Featuring the new merchandise from the factory, the road show opened early in September at the New Washington Hotel, Seattle. This will be followed by five days in Portland and the road show will open in Los Angeles on Sept. 24.

A week’s display of new Oneida Community goods, held in the St. Francis Hotel, drew many interested members of the trade, both from the city and from outside points. Ivan L. Smith, Pacific Coast manager for the Community was in charge, assisted by R. T. Reeve and Mrs. Reeve. Mr. Reeve and Mrs. Reeve accompanied Mr. Smith to Los Angeles for the opening of the show of new goods on Oct. 1, at the Alexandria Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. Reeve will remain in Los Angeles and, at the conclusion of the display W. C. Agans, who has represented the Oneida concern in the South will return with Mr. Smith to this city to take the place of Mr. Reeve.

J. C. Allen, treasurer of the Oneida Community, has been in the city visiting the local district offices of the concern in the Jefferson building on Chestnut St.

Ivan L. Smith, Pacific Coast manager for the Oneida Community, Ltd., has returned from Los Angeles. He had been calling on the southern trade with W. C. Agans. They found business picking up and everyone very optimistic. R. T. Reeve who travels out of the San Francisco office for Oneida has been visiting Reno, Nev., in the interests of the Oneida concern.
The Oneida Community, Ltd., has arranged to conduct a class for retail sales people handling the factory lines of plated flatware and hollowware. The class will be held at the St. Francis Hotel, April 23 and 24, and will be conducted by Mrs. R. T. Reeve, head of the school for salespeople at Oneida, N. Y. Ivan L. Smith, Pacific Coast manager for Oneida Community, Ltd., is leaving for Los Angeles on April 25. He has just received a very beautiful factory window display, available for all Oneida dealers. Eugene D. Smith, Oneida representative in the Northwest, is spending a few days with his family in Oakland, Cal.
