1) SA is Johan Samuel Arndt, born 19.4.1812, master 1845-1890. He had a common workshop with his brother Karl on Gorohovaya street in StP and worked for Nicholls & Plincke. Dead 2.4.1890. The assayer AM is Aleksandr Mor.

2) NP is Nicholls & Plincke in StP. The assayer's punch is a smudge. What letters and year in it?

The monogram is somewhat worn, anyway it is quite clearly 'AN' in Cyrillic. The 'MN' in Cyrillic is quite the same, there are some differences. First on the salt cellar there is a horizontal line in 'A' and there is not the third vertical line which 'M' should have.
