Hi to a norwegian SpoonLover!

1) spoon

The workmaster came from Kristiansand/Norway.
He was a dentist from 1865-1870, but continued to produce silver objects during this time.
PRÖVE means sample/assay office.
The inscription Erindring af E.S. 1856 means: in memory.

The workmaster came from Røros, which belongs to the county Fylke Trøndelag/Norway.
Røros is near by Sweden.
"The mining town of Røros (the administrative centre of the municipality) is sometimes called Bergstaden which means "mountain town" due to its historical renown for copper mining. It is one of two towns in Norway that were historically designated "mining towns", along with the "silver-town" of Kongsberg." (Wikipedia)
The flower-symbol is the town-mark of Trondheim.

Please be so kind and publish separate requests in future.
This will make it easier to answer your questions.
