Birks Watson Tuttle Pattern SAME?

:::: Hello does anybody know if Birks, Watson and Tuttle are making the exact same pattern but using different names for the pattern? :::::

BIRKS GEORGE II - PLAIN (Sterling, 1914)

WATSON GEORGE II REX HAND-CHASED (Sterling, 1936)

TUTTLE LAMERIE. (Sterling, 1936 - 1974)

::::: Is there a difference between these 3 patterns? Are they all using the same original die (Birks 1914 maybe?) and just using different pattern names? :::::::

::::: The handles all look exactly the same to my eyes. There are minor differences in the tines, for example Birks has a salad fork that has wider tines than the Tuttle pattern. The Birks pattern is kind of an older "fish fork" type of design whereas the Tuttle tines are more of a modern salad-fork type of design. But other than that, I can't tell the difference between these 3 patterns. :::::::::
