The hallmark of Naples until 1680, according to the book by Elio and Corrado Catello, should correspond to this design.
Obviously I've never seen one in real life, but it doesn't seem to me that the mark you show us is very similar.
Even the style of the dish doesn't seem 17th century to me.

As you can read in the description
NAP 1710 mark not pertinent, imitating 18th century Neapolitan silverware.
In conclusion I would be wary

Yes, it is very difficult to find comparable pieces.
