Possible Austrian hallmarks?

I cannot make out what this word says. It looks like the Austrian standard marking and then some sort of wine/hourglass shape.

The maker most likely is Jarosinski & Vaugoin, Vienna.
The other mark is the retailer, I can't read that one.

There was a "A. Gigante, Fiume". Maybe it's a match.
