Dutch or belgium 18th caster

A pair of Belgium silver casters midth 18th century, Brussels, decorated with fine engraving.


Yes, like said before, you may wonder why all these marks are so unclear and not convincing. What is going on? From top to bottom;
 1.) Perhaps maker's mark a six-pointed tail star with initial S for Aurelius Augustinus Simons, registered in Brussels 1734- around 1782. NB. The mark here seen upside down and it has been crookedly/ partly struck over the edge, no star visible.

Brussels silversmith. Aurelius Augustinus Simons was born in Brussels and trained in 1730 by the Brussels silversmith Ferdinandus Cornelius Carolus Millé. Was registered as a master silversmith on May 29, 1734. Trained, among others, his son Petrus Josephus Simons (died 1794). His son became master in 1774.

Marks are struck partially over each other.
2.)  Faded, the year letter 64? for 1764(?), without crown
3.)  Faded, the Brussels lion in crowned shield
4.)  Faded, the town mark of Brussels,  Saint Michael's on foot defeating the dragon.
