hello can anyone tell me about this coin and what means argent and strange little hallmark .also if you can tell me how much silver it contains? i mean fineness from 1000% thx.

Hello,

You'll find some information on these marriage medals on this website.
They gained favour in the 19th century as a more modern replacement for the "treizain", the 13 coins offered by the groom to the bride at weddings.
