Arabic silver marks?

Hi,
Anyone that recognize these marks?
I doubt it's solid silver but would still be interesting to know the origin.

Hello

This is Moroccan from Fes فاس which can be seen in the lower part of the central medallion

The lower script reads معدن فضّة ممتازة and a literal translation is "excellent silver metal" but I don't know what that means in terms of silver content

The upper script is دار (dar) or "house of" but I can't make out the rest. Likely the name of the workshop
