The date letter looks like B for 1757 but you are going to have to supply a bigger picture for the maker's mark to be identifiable. I think it may begin with W.
I you open the picture on a new tab you can see a high resolution version. The first letter of the maker's mark is W and then there's a pellet. The second letter is visible only partially but could be B or D. My guess would be Walter Brind.
