unknown mark

i have a cigar/cigarette case which is silver on the outside with heavy oriental psttern and gold-coloured on the inside. The only mark I can make out is a stamp 'WS? (third digit could be an 'H' or 'A' or indeed looks like a figure '4' - anyone any ides
