While you await more, is it possible to clean out that central mark (#2 of 3) to improve the view. There is an encircled cross in the Hanua marks, and 13 Loth is possible there, but this does not exactly match up to the given sample. (It looks more like crosshairs with something off to the side.) Certainly someone may be checking another area for this.

Just in case you are thinking about Nurnberg date code letter marks, Blackstone left this list on SMP Silver Salon Forums of the used letters in irder with dates: https://www.smpub.com/ubb/Forum7/HTML/000317.html

As you will find, neither Encircled-X nor Encircled-x was reached before that system was abandoned. Given this, and the lack of an apparent maker mark or any other useful marks, Hanau Pseudo is ever more likely. Not conclusive though.

Pictures are missing, but here’s something posted before on the Russian section where the Hearts elements in the design were argued to be more likely from Hanau makers (which might give some clues here): viewtopic.php?p=109578&hilit=hanau+hearts#p109578

Just for reference, since these don’t seem to pop up very often here, one sample of Nurnberg marks that Theo was able to authenticate from past research: viewtopic.php?p=209595&hilit=nuremberg#p209595

Of course, one always has to consider mark versions in the context of era and the object itself, so this is just a general referencing sample.

Pseudomarks from this factory can be found very often. I have seen at least a hundred silver objects from this company. But I can't say which city or company they were made from. I think it is about from 1900.
